Spiral Wishing Well K-9 Program

Spiral Wishing Wells not only raise money, they are educational, and they are "billboards" promoting programs and messages.

This Three-Footer is used by the Crestview Florida Police Department to promote their K-9 program in the Municipal Building, and when they take it to schools and other public locations.
