The prices listed below are "one-time" costs. This is not a lease, and you do not need to send us any revenue splits. You own the Well, control where it is placed, and all the revenue it produces. In that sense, you are "buying" the income along with the physcial device.
The Two and Three-Footers come with everything you need to put them into service immediately, including a 2-sided generic 4-color "Proceeds go to" poster that fits inside the clear sign frame, a padlock and 2 keys, and the other items described and pictured on the "What is included" page.
***This paragraph posted August 20, 2008*** Please note that with the rapidly increasing prices of petroleum (the primary component of plastic and fiberglass), our vendors have to keep raising our prices, almost weekly. We absorb much of these increases so we don't have to change our prices as often. But we anticipate another price increase in 30 to 45 days. We can’t predict how much that will be, as it depends on the price of crude and whether or not it stabilizes.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling for Three-Footers (two oversized cartons) shipped to a business address* is $65.00 in most of the Continental United States, and $85 to states in the Pacific Time Zone. Two-Footer shipping (one oversized carton) is $45.00. Please inquire about shipping costs for multiple units or international destinations.
*Shipping to residential addresses is considerably more because they have to send a special smaller truck for these large packages. So if you have the option of shipping to a business address, you can save that extra fee.
Crating and Packaging: There is no additional cost for the oversized packaging for the Two and Three-Footers. See below for crating and shipping costs for the Seven Footer.
Sales Tax: Please add 7.0% sales tax if you are in Ohio, or supply your tax-exempt documentation.
Financing may be available for large quantities. Please inquire.
Shipping Cost Savings: If you are interested in getting any of the small mini-well Vortx's, there is room in the open spaces of the large cartons used for shipping the Two or Three-Footer Wells. Since the shipping rates are based on the dimensional weight (size) of the boxes rather than the actual weight, we can add up to 30 Vortx's with a Three-Footer and up to 20 with a Two-Footer at no additional shipping cost. Therefore, if you want any Vortx's, ordering them at the same time as a large Well will save a lot of money. Timing
We are usually able to ship Two and Three-Footers in the standard white color within 2 business days of receiving your payment or authorized purchase order (see Terms) depending on inventory flow and seasonal demands. Please feel free to contact us about our current inventory ability and we will let you know if there is any extra lead time required.
When we ship, we will send you a shipping confirmation and tracking link by email.

Additional Seven Footer Details
Even though the Seven Footer is more expensive than the other sizes, the great news is that it is EASIER to get it sponsored than the smaller sizes. There is no need for a museum, zoo, host store, or charity to pay for it when there are other businesses who would love to get their name on it since it is displayed INSIDE a popular retail store or attraction.

The basic Seven Footer includes the funnel with its 8 built-in ramps, an enclosed and secure base welded to the funnel, and a door with a lock and 2 keys. Click here to read detailed descriptions and see close-up pictures.
Sign options allow you to use our generic or custom printed sign, or you can make your own.
Is our sign required? No, not at all. You may not want to use a sign, or you may want to hang a sign from the ceiling or display it by some other means.

If you only order the rod, we will assume you are going to make your own signage to affix to it. Crating and Shipping Cost for Seven Footers
Seven-Footers are custom-crated (completely sealed in rugged padded shell) and strapped to a pallet. Finished packing size, including the pallet is 40" x 76" x 76" (102cm x 194cm x 194cm) and weighs 150 pounds (69kg). It is possible to un-strap the enclosure from the pallet and hand-lift it off the truck. Two average strength men can lift it, but four people are better. It is not terribly heavy…just bulky. Be advised that it may arrive in a large truck as we do not have any control over the size of the delivery vehicle.
Crating cost is $95. This is waived if you are able to pick up the Well at our factory in Lebanon Ohio. This would require a pick-up or other similar vehicle.
Shipping varies depending on the location, ranging from $150 to $825 to USA and Canadian destinations and closer to $1,400 for international locations. Coin Guide Option
If your Seven-Footer will ONLY be used for physics demonstrations with balls (ball bearings, marbles, bb's, etc.), you can order it WITHOUT the clear plastic coin-guides on the top of the ramps shown here. Otherwise, we will include the coin-guides, and you can still use it for demonstrations with balls since they don't need to be launched from the top of the ramps.
